Engineering Microbooks

A new series of engineering e-textbooks that focus on just one small topic at a time. This new ‘microbook’ concept enables readers to select the specific topic that they require at an extremely low price point, rather than spending hundreds of dollars on a larger textbook which may include content that is not needed.

Each microbook is authored by an academic expert and provides a short guide on the title topic, followed by 50 practice problems, with detailed worked solutions given for each problem. The Engineering Microbooks series aims to make high quality educational resources accessible to everyone. The first PHYSTEK Engineering Microbooks are currently in development and are expected to be available in early 2025.

Innovative Explainers

PHYSTEK explainer videos provide high-quality and engaging content for educating engineering students on fundamental concepts and how-to guides. Each video has a maximum length of five minutes for optimised focus and utilises state-of-the-art AI voiceover in order to provide fluid and distraction free narration. PHYSTEK explainers use thoughtful examples and meaningful animation to help illustrate key points and maximise viewer understanding and retention. PHYSTEK explainer videos are currently under developement and will be made available for free access to all via the PHYSTEK YouTube channel.
